Personal Alcohol Licence Law / Solicitor
A Premises Licence requires a DPS (Designated Premises Supervisor) to authorise alcohol sales – to sell alcohol without a DPS is an offence. A DPS must hold a Personal Licence. In order to obtain a Personal Licence a qualification called the APLH is required – this is a one day training course followed by a straightforward exam. We can arrange your APLH – please visit the APLH/NCPLH page for details.
